I had a bad experience with Ranger Property Management. The company provided a quote and scheduled a time slot to come out. They then no showed the time slot and did not respond to me when I reached out afterwards. I have now ~2 weeks more of wasted time of handymen not showing.

Had the best experience! Needed some siding replaced on the house in the most difficult of spots on the roof! Fanco was very clear cut about the process and the estimate. The communication about arrival times was spot on. Easiest time I've had in hiring some one to do this kind of work. Brandon was the tech. He did the best job anyone could ask for 👏 He did exceptional work and was very polite. The price was awesome! I very much appreciate his hard work ethic and professionalism. Which I've found hard to come by these days. I will definitely hire him again!
