I contacted Raven Termite and Pest Control concerning an issue with Yellow Jackets. It appeared that they were trying to make a nest under our siding. I called in the morning and Troy was able to come out within a day. He treated the area where the Yellow Jackets were congregating and came back within 10 days and treated the area again. The Yellow Jackets did not swarm but when you would see them individually, they were really on their last leg. Troy came out one more time as there were still a few lingering. They are finally gone. Troy was courteous, professional, and very responsive. Troy, my husband and I are very grateful for your help and expertise!

Carl is an expert who has kept our home pest free for almost a decade. He takes the time each quarterly service with Raven Pest Control to inspect and treat as needed inside and outside. If I see any pests in between I can call for an interim service at no additional charge. I haven’t had to do that in the last few years because Carl is so thorough. Last summer he pinpointed a bee problem and took care of the problem bees without harming the pollinators for the garden. We look forward to continued exceptional service with an amazing attitude. Thanks Carl for the incredible service‼️Updated 9/8/26: At my suggestion, my daughter is now a customer at her new home. The first company she tried seemd to be attracting more pests. Raven is taking care of them

Great service. Very friendly and helpful. I had a mouse inside my SUV. Carl came out to inspect my car and set traps and bait. A week later he returned to follow up and see how things were going. I appreciate the time he spent talking to me about the situation and giving me advice. I will definitely refer friends and family.
