These guys are the best. Fixed every issue I’ve had promptly at a fair price. They really do their homework too before making major repairs. Their electronics guy Miles, is a world class diagnostician.
Excellent & thorough description of needed work! & good work done with reminder of things to do in the future.
This was my first visit to this establishment. I had previously taken my car to another repair shop that told me I needed almost $6000 worth of repairs. On the recommendation of a friend, I went to Ray Frey for a second opinion After inspecting my car, Ray’s staff provided a much more reasonable assessment and the…
Lengthy but honest review: I have been essentially metal to metal on my rear passenger side brakes for a couple months and it got to the point that I just couldn’t ignore the grind and rub anymore (plz I’m just a girl so save the opinions). One reason I waited so long is because it’s hard to find a mechanic that…
Ray Frey is a righteous establishment. I have been taking my vehicles there for 2 years. They are my FIRST choice if one of my vehicles needs attention. Reliable, experienced, trustworthy and affordable. I just took my wife’s Range Rover Velar there for a complete tune-up, her coolant hose needed to be replaced and…
I am so happy with the staff at Ray Frey Auto Center Inc. They are so friendly and very knowledgeable Thanks for always being there. Barbara Fierman
I've been bringing my car's to Ray Frey for years..Ray is an honest straight shooter...I highly recommend Ray Frey's Auto Service. Tammy Smith
I have been going to Ray Frey for about five years and recommend him to everyone I know. He is straightforward, professional, and extremely knowledgeable, as are his staff, and mechanics. The work is top-notch and you get the added treat of a car wash after every service. I highly recommend this business
Great customer service, quick repairs and communication. Very thorough and honest.
Dropped my son’s Toyota Four Runner off in the morning, replaced both front axles same-day. Fair pricing and quick service. Thanks again Ray Frey!
Very professional, efficient and the staff is very friendly. I like the same day service especially for oil changes. It is great knowing that they are so honest and do not add on services that are not necessary
Ray Frey's came highly recommended by a number of local friends, and after my first visit I could tell why. I've been back numerous times for other services. Everyone on staff has been efficient, honest, forth-coming about options, and I've sat working online in their clean comfortable waiting area. Ray is truly a…
I brought my Qx56 in for an oil leak and tire rotation. While rotating the tires it was found that my brakes were metal on metal. Ray called me to advise that the brakes should be done before more damage was caused. Thanks to them I’ll have a much safer trip this summer.
What can I say, why would you go anywhere but to Ray Frey. Ray and Bob are the consummate leaders in auto mechanics knowledge, repairs and customer service. My kudos! That's the reason I've been taking my autos to Ray and Bob for almost 30 years.
Great work as usual! These guys are the best!
Great service always! We have the whole family going to Ray.
Excellent. Highly recommend. Ray gives solid advice about your car. Doesn’t go overboard on recommending repairs. Trustworthy, honest and responsive.
Such a great place. Ray, the owner, knows his stuff. His mechanics are highly qualified. This shop is honest. Before moving to Texas, Ray made sure that our vehicles could make the trip across country. He fixed all of the issues that might have plagued us during our trip. Our trip was completely uneventful — which…
