Had an engine oil change and transmission oil drain/fill. Even though it took almost all of a business day, I understand things happen.. a first for me to experience this but they’ve always been prompt with their service.
Work was done in an efficient and timely manner and at a fair price. Ray and the stagg treat you like family.
Not often you can find a shop you can trust to get it right. From services to complex repairs I’ve been using Ray Frey for repairs on our cars to HD truck for many years. Ray stands behind his techs and makes sure the job is done right and stays with it if there are issues.
These guys are the best. Fixed every issue I’ve had promptly at a fair price. They really do their homework too before making major repairs. Their electronics guy Miles, is a world class diagnostician.
Smooth and no BS. Done what needs to be done and cleaned the car too. Great team.
Ray and his team were amazing. Knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. Car troubles are never fun, but we were pleasantly surprised with how smooth this experience was. I would 100% recommend them and will absolutely go back should we run into any car issues in the future.
There’s many reasons why I’ve taken my Honda to Rays for 20+ years: they follow the adage: “If a jobs worth doing , it’s worth doing well”. Skilled trustworthy mechanics and caring customer service. Just to name a few. Maybe that’s why my Honda still runs like a champ!
