I was in a real pinch, as my ride to the Milwaukee airport didn’t show up. Since I would have missed the bus to O’Hare, I asked the driver if he could take me there directly. I got to O’Hare in plenty of time to relax before my flight. Many thanks!

I asked for an eleven miles round-trip drive, and got an estimation of $110. Then driver started negotiating. It was real Oriental bazaar! My patience ran out and I quit the car. Be aware: these guys are small-time crooks!

Very good driver made it to pick me up in time and made it to work on time. Don’t have no issues with driver gives me to point a to point B without any issues. He’s very kind and generous. I recommend Ray as the taxi you should call.

Review from Google · view on GoogleI arrived at the AMTRAK station in Milwaukee this morning needing a ride to CARMAX of Milwaukee. Ray’s was the only one who really reached out to me for a ride. All other taxi’s were neither there or couldn’t be there for over an hour. Noting:8:20am arrivals is busy at the Amtrak and Ray’s were awesome. I never do reviews and if I do it’s because they are 110% worthy of that review. I met the owner and he drove me around a-bit so I could decompress from my 500mile trip. I know he didn’t have to spend over 30minutes talking and driving while I was waiting for CARMAX to open. As we all know EVERYONE has a story and we all come from different countries, cultures, religions, and beliefs. Meeting Ray today felt like he was a friend or brother I have had all my life. I recently went through a lot of tragedy and loss. 2 minutes into meeting him, his life and my life are no different. Yes he’s from a different country and maybe religions are different, but he is me and I was him. We each have had some of the same ups and downs. This is a man from a different country doing everything he can to give his wife/kids a life he didn’t have as a boy. This is what this country used to be, Hard work, law abiding, loving family, and the American dream. Maybe I’m a little emotional due to recent life trauma, but today brought me back to where I’ve always needed to be. God puts people in your life for a reason, and meeting Ray today was just that. Our hour long time today showed me what is wrong and what is right with this country. We need to help and have empathy for everyone we meet and be a kinder society that we once were. I may never see him again after today, but I’ll tell you I’ll never forget what we spoke about and the kindness he shared and showed me today. How tired he can be or the long hours needed to survive and thrive in 2026. What stood out to me is, it dosent matter how tired, or what obstacles, he loves his two boys and his wife more than anything and every conversation ended with him speaking of them. I think with all the tragedy I have had and only getting by, it was nice to see a man doing what he should do and doing it because his family is worth it all.I met a friend today and though his days are long and unpredictable, he’s a family man and an asset to this country. This is and what the American dream looks like. I am truly thankful for your service today, but also giving me the boost I needed as a man, from another man I would never thought would ever care what some white Canadian was going through. God bless you and you family brother, they are lucky to have you!
