Very disappointing experience with Rayne Water. The customer service representatives have been rude and unhelpful, and the scheduled tank replacement appointments have repeatedly been missed. It is extremely frustrating to make arrangements and take time out of your day only to have the appointment not be honored. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Rayne Water to anyone. The level of customer service and reliability has been unacceptable.

Just recently had Drayton come and replace my water spout cause it was broken. Great customer service he was very friendly and worked super fast! Thank you again!

Had Rayne Water system in my condo for 4 years and it's the only water I drink. The OTC filters you can buy do not compare as I can absolutely taste the difference. The techs and office admins are great. Am moving to a house so Drayton was wonderful at removing my current set up so I can eventually re-install in the new house. He was expedient and gracious and left the work area in my kitchen clean and everything in its place. Highly recommend.

Staff members are very knowledgeable, polite, and respectful. Technician Drayton is one of the best. Rayne water company is fortunate to have him on their team.

Our Rayne water system was not working correctly so we called them for help. They sent a very friendly and knowledgeable technician out named Drayton. He pinpointed the issue very quickly and was able fix it in what felt like no time! I am very pleased and happy to have reverse osmosis water again. Drayton made that happen and I am forever grateful to Rayne water for having more than competent technicians, like Drayton in their company. I am excited to have a glass of delicious RO water soon!

Drayton was our service technician. He did an amazing 👏 job with our reverse osmosis water system. Very efficient but more importantly excellent at performing routine maintenance on our system. I've been with them since 1993 or 36 years. Great organization and fantastic staff that cares. Highly recommend. Ask for Drayton to be your tech !

Great tasting water. Awesome quick, efficient service from Rayne Water's tech, Drayton.......polite and pleasant demeanor.......came in with a smile and a filter. What more could you ask for?! Wonderful that my employer uses Rayne Water's service!

After viewing reviews I decided to go with Rayne, a company with close to hundred years experience with water softener and filters. Installation went well, David, did a great job. Explained the operational system to me. Rayne selling agent, Donnie, explained the various systems for my home and how a salt water softener would be best for my home based on my needs vs a salt free water softener. Went back and forth for several days with Donnie and he answered all my questions and was patient. I expect the water softener I purchased, Versa 2000 and Enhancer to make a big difference in my water use. 30 years and no water softener in my home. It is a peace of mind that if issues come up I have a local Rayne distributor to contact and not have to deal via the internet to resolve the issue.

We have had the Rayne Water filtration system for many years, and are always pleased with the system and technicians. The office staff was easy to work with, and remembered our scheduling request. The tech was Drayton, and he did a great job installing new filters and a new faucet. He answered all of our questions and was professional and respectful. We continue to be happy with the system and company.
