My laptop suddenly died, and I was panicking .... afraid I’d lost everything. I took it to RCW, and Robert brought it back to life ... thank God! I had it back the same day, working even better than before, and the price was more than reasonable. Outstanding service. Thank you, RCW and Robert!
I went in with my PC as I couldn't get it to fully turn on and it was stuck on the booting screen and could only get to Bios. Came in to buy a barebones used workstation. Robert was very knowledgeable on the various models they had and tested the unit before sale. Price was far cheaper than comparable units on ebay.
