I have worked with RD Interiors on many of my listings for staging and can't speak highly enough about the amazing work they do. The customization and attention to detail for each home is bar none. A lot of staging can be "cookie cutter" and predictable; RD Interiors takes their staging next level, which is highly customized to fit the aesthetic of each home to make it personable and fresh. The personal touches with staging and high level of customer service are why I continue to use and recommend RD to all my clients.

I loved working with this staging company from the beginning to the end. One of the coolest things about them is that they use real vintage furniture and design pieces instead of the usual cookie-cutter staging decor you see everywhere else that was clear purchased from target. It made such a huge difference in how the home felt — warm, stylish, and actually liveable, in the best way.
Every room had so much personality, and you could tell everything was chosen really thoughtfully. The vintage pieces gave the space character and made it feel unique without feeling overdone.
I got so many compliments on the staging, and I truly think it helped the property stand out. You can tell these people genuinely care about design and have an amazing eye. Would absolutely recommend them.
My craftsman in West Seattle sold for almost 65k over my expectations last year.

They did nothing to take the architecture, style, or color palette of my home into consideration. It was dated and felt like a reflection of one man’s very particular style that was completely asynchronous with our home. I did appreciate that they tried to remedy the situation - however, the remedy still was to a lower standard than I expected, and came with much additional investment of time and additional purchases on my part.
They also left our door not only open, but unlocked, overnight.
And for all of this I spent close to $7,000.

I was fortunate enough to be able to work with Jon and his team to stage to sell a gorgeous, Spanish-style villa after the property had failed to sell with another agent previously. My strategy included hiring a high-end company to stage it, and I was given Jon's info by an agent friend. The size and scale of the home required appropriately sized furniture and artwork, and our designer, Donald, hit the mark with his vision and execution that suited the age and style of the home perfectly. The use of old and new pieces, and the unexpected mix of art and furnishings brought out the old-Hollywood vibe of the home, and the rich, masculine with a feminine touch appealed to a variety of buyers. We were able to attract multiple interested buyers, and the home ended up selling to the right couple. I was so pleased with the experience working with RD Interiors.

Listing date: Dec 15th. Pending date: Dec 20th! This DEFINITELY happened because of RD Interiors’ staging expertise. The house I sold is 3,200 sq ft, and we opted to stage every room, which resulted in a sale $300k above our expectations. Wilson was my lead designer, and after he staged the house, I wanted to move back in! There were two rooms with serious quirks, and his transformations made them favorites among the buyers and potential buyers. I cannot recommend RD Interiors enough. Do yourself a favor and work with them!
