This may be my second google review ever, but I think my experience with this company should be shared.<br><br>Before touring the property, I paid a tenant screening fee which is a normal practice. However, when we arrived for the showing, we discovered the unit did not have working air conditioning. It was hotter in the home than it was outside and we could hardly even spend time walking around inside. In Charleston during the summer, that’s a major issue. Had we known the HVAC wasn’t functioning before paying for the screening, we would not have moved forward. It was incredibly difficult to schedule a showing until it was magically easy after paying for the screening. At the beginning of the process we actually were left unanswered for days until receiving a response.<br><br>When we asked the showing agent whether the homeowner planned to repair the A/C before move in, we were told, “I don’t know.” That left us with little confidence in moving forward.<br><br>I understand that screening services have a cost. My disappointment is that the property’s condition wasn’t disclosed before we spent money on the screening. A simple heads up that the A/C was inoperable would have allowed us to decide whether it was worth proceeding.<br><br>I’m sharing my experience so future applicants can make an informed decision before going through with a showing. The people we interacted with were very nice, just unprofessional.

She was very informative on the process and always made sure I understood or I asked questions if I needed clarification. She would follow up every interaction with an email to see how I felt about things before proceeding. The one thing I would advise any potential buyer is to make sure all finances are in order and to ask what can and cannot be done while going through the home buying process. Never assume you know something. The slightest assumption could set you back or cause unexpected issues. I had a really great experience and would highly recommend Natalie and her team to anyone.
