Real Time Home Inspections

Greg conducted an amazing home inspection. As a first time home buyer I was always on edge about the process but Greg’s inspection was an area I didn’t not have to worry about. His in depth inspection along with a detailed report on the property helped my agent and I identify areas the home needed care for prior to closing the home buying process. Without Greg’s report I would not have known about the AC not being secured to the roof properly, the AC seals that needed resealing, a circuit breaker not being up to spec, a toilet needing a new wax seal, the attic also had several items of concern, and dozens upon dozens of other documented items. Thanks to Greg’s report I’m able to proceed with confidence in the closing process and I now know the house as if I have been living there for years. Thank you for your amazing work.

• Price assessment: Great price

Greg is super thorough and supplies a very detailed report afterwards. Super friendly and is very knowledgeable. We recently purchased a new construction home and hired Greg for our inspection. He found several issues that were overlooked by the builder in their final inspection. In a recent warranty walkthrough with the builder they said "Wow those are good finds by your inspector!" Hire Greg for your inspections, even if you have a brand new home. Protect your investment! Money well spent in the long run.

We recently purchased a condo for our 83yrs “young” mother. The escrow was only 10 days and we needed a report ASAP. Greg was a pleasure to work with and he delivered a very detailed report in a timely manner. Not just a report telling us which light switches or receptacles work or not. 25 yrs ago..our home report was just that…We live out of town and the relief we feel having this report to enable us to improve/repair things ensuring our mom is not only comfortable, but safe is huge. We highly recommend Greg for your inspection needs.

Greg Marty’s home inspections are second to none. We have relied on his reports for two very different properties (one older, one almost new construction) and both were exceptionally thorough, clear, accurate and invaluable to the process of making an informed and considered decision about our final purchase. Greg also maintained open communication from start to finish and was happy to personally respond to additional questions. We cannot speak highly enough of his genuine professionalism and refreshing integrity and we hope to work with him again.

Greg is so awesome! He is my go to Home Inspector when I get my clients in contract for homes. He always makes time for my clients and I, and is very personable and easy to talk to. He has no problem answering questions and inspecting anything extra that my clients may have concerns with. I am glad he is part of my team as I help my clients buy and sell real estate!

Greg was so professional, very fast to respond and inspected our house thoroughly. The report he shared was extensive and covered every minor detail. His recommendation on immediate fixes required vs cosmetic vs maintenance vs general documentation was very clear and helpful. If you are looking to get your home inspected, I would highly recommend Greg!

Greg is phenomenal!!! He is very meticulous in detail, which is definitely what you need in buying a home. His excellence is far superior to anyone I've ever worked with before. I've even demanded that my father in-law hire him on his current home purchase as well. I'm old fashioned, very loyal. When I find someone like Greg we use him for life. He'll be doing all of our properties from here on out!

Greg is our go to person for Home inspection to all of my properties and my friends too. Very happy with the details he provides and explains each findings with pictures. He covers roof too as many other ignore in their reports or ask for more price. Thank you Greg for your services and looking forward with you in future too. Thanks, Veera.

We needed to know what was causing the water damage to our bedroom floor near our heater. Greg Marty indicated the cause of this damage within just a few minutes. He also found further damage from the same source. We truly appreciate the service Greg provided.
