I hired Rebecca Kitson Law to handle my DACA renewal. I had all payments and documents ready for them by December 19, 2025, yet the firm didn't send the paperwork to USCIS until January 5, 2026 — more than two weeks later. They then filed with the INCORRECT PAYMENT AMOUNT resulting in USCIS rejecting the application. The corrected filing wasn't submitted until late January with USCIS finally receiving my paperwork on January 29, 2026. The mistakes and delays made by this law firm added MORE THAN A MONTH of unnecessary processing time to my case in a time where DACA renewals are taking longer than expected. For anyone with a deadline-driven immigration matter, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS FIRM.
