Jared and his team are the best! I needed to replace the motherboard and they went above and beyond. He even optimized my pc for me as well. He also offered me a credit for my motherboard. Jared is a super honest, authentic and very knowledgeable dude. I will be coming here for all my upgrades going further. Thank you guys for an amazing job!

Jared has previously fixed my computers so when I needed a new one I went to see him. I told him what I did with my computer and approximate budget. The following day I picked up my computer. It was the most seamless start with a new computer, ever! He cleaned off the ad junk that's often installed and put in a little link where if I have a problem he can deal with it remotely. Excellent service. Five years later. My, and my husbands, computers were a hot mess. Search engine switching & other bothersome issues. My husband and I sat at home while Jared jumped back & forth from my computer to his. So happy to get my hijacked computer back. Jared rocks ;o)

I have been in charge of working with IT in my law office for approximately 20 years. In that time I have worked with many different IT professionals, some good, some bad. I can honestly say Jared at Reboot IT is the smartest, honest and most professional person I have ever dealt with in the IT area. My opinion is supported by the fact that Reboot IT has over 220 5* Google reviews. I strongly and unequivocally recommend Reboot IT.

I've had Jared do numerous computer-related jobs for my law firm since I left this review. I will double down on what I said previously. He is the best IT person I have ever dealt with, without question.

Jeremy was so awesome. He took tbe time to answer my question since I'm such a noob with gaming pc stuff. He was honest and upfront about what I did not need and took the time to educate me on what would actually help me and my specific pc and what I use it for. Not the first time I've gone to Reboot I.T. for PC related issues and it certainly won't be my last. Jared is awesome, smart, and provides an exceptional service without breaking the bank.
I recently brought in three pieces of hardware (two motherboards and a processor) for testing. These parts were purchased from second-hand sellers and were time sensitive for possible return. Not only did Jared work quickly, he was extremely thorough. He also remained in contact, keeping me informed during the entire process to provide me with the answers that I needed.
In the end, the processor was discovered to be defective. But thanks to Jared, I was able to get my return processed and I did not have to eat what would have become a $400 mistake.

I purchased a JBOD and some cables from this company on ebay. The communication was excellent and the service I received was exemplary. They followed up to make sure I was happy with the purchase, provided some technical support and even sent out part I subsequently needed free of charge! It was a refreshing change to deal with a business that you can trust for quality products and service!
