Customers frequently praise the craftsmanship of custom dining tables and the store's responsiveness to quality issues, noting that staff often address defects promptly. Recurring themes include friendly service, competitive pricing, and the ability to customize pieces for specific spaces. However, some reviewers cite limitations in store hours, which are by appointment only, and isolated incidents involving communication gaps regarding stain matching or shipping damage that resulted in additional costs.

After 7 years of heavy use, Reclaimed did an extraordinary job of removing the table, taking it back to their so and refinishing it. It's better than new! Everyone that comes over for dinner asks about the table. It's a conversation starter all on its own.
Excellent customer service that stands by their guaranteed quality. If there are any problems they are quick to address as needed.
The kind of table you picture when reading Arthurian legend. 04/26
Thanks Troy! That's a great one...
We couldn’t be happier with our custom dining room table. The craftsmanship is beautiful, the quality is outstanding, and it fits our space perfectly. The entire process was smooth from start to finish, and the service was excellent—professional, friendly, and very attentive to details. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique, well-made piece and great customer service.
Thank you so much for the review! looks great in its new forever home.
We purchased a coffee table and 2 end tables from Reclaimed and we can't say enough great things about the craftsmanship and customer service. From purchase to delivery, the entire team was a pleasure to work with. The tables are absolutely beautiful, one of a kind, pieces that really make the space shine! They have so much character and my wife and I love them more and more!
Thanks Chris, appreciate the love.
We bought a table here and absolutely love it. We get complements on it all the time. Great service and quality product!
Thanks Matt, That was a fun one to make!
I have been looking for a dining room table for over three years. I wanted something that was a timeless design and made to last. It had to have extensions for family events but not overwhelm the space on a daily basis. Reclaimed made exactly what I wanted. The table is beautiful and is made to last for generations, not just 5 to 10 years. A comparable table and chairs (that were not solid wood everywhere)would have been $4000.00 more. As an extra, the people who delivered the table were very helpful in letting us know what the extra parts were for and made delivery and set up very easy.
Great product. Bought a kitchen table from them and really like it. Problem is current hours are by appointment and only two days a week. That's a nope.
Interesting.....
Brent was very helpful with the the selection of our new table. On a busy Saturday, he was patient and took time to answer all our questions! He was enjoyable to talk to and made the whole process fun! Can't wait to see it in person!!
Amazing table, we love the table and lazy Susan…we received so make compliments during Thanksgiving weekend. The team went above and beyond collaborating with our cabinet maker to custom finish the table. We had an issue with a checked board, and a crack in the base…they came out immediately and provided a temporary top, swapped out the base the day before thanksgiving and everyone enjoyed the time with family around this beautiful piece of furniture. Thanks to the owner Brent for making it right!
Thanks again for the business Jim, your home looks so beautiful. Brent @ Reclaimed
