I contacted Red Hawk Roofing to identify the source of two leaks after three other companies had been unable to find the problem. Clayton was incredibly thorough and professional, and successfully located the source of a leak within minutes. He suggested an alternative to what could have been a costly repair. Although I don't require their services at this time, I will absolutely be calling them for any future roofing needs. Highly recommend!

Luke, three companies came through and couldn't find it, and it turned out to be a few minutes of looking in the right spot. Thats honestly the part of this job we like most. Finding the leak is only half of it though, and we'd rather point you toward the simpler fix than the expensive one every time, even when that means you don't need us today. A year ago, the seller of my property provided a "roofing certification" from Devin that misrepresented the roof of the house I was about to buy was in good shape.
In the inspection report, it called out that the roof had " No signs of hail damage, tree branch damage, gouges, thermal cracking etc."
The roof, however, did have notable hail damage, thermal blisters, significant granule loss, and had several sections where tree branches were rubbing on the roof. This caused a lot of issues at closing.
Ultimately, a secondary inspection from a more reputable roofing company, as well as my general home inspection were able to provide enough evidence to prove to the seller that the roof was indeed hail damaged and past it's useful service life.
I've included a screenshot of the roofing report, with information redacted to protect Devin's personal information, and mine as this will be a publicly posted review. I've also included images of the damage I had taken a year ago. The roof has since been completely replaced and redecked by myself, as I've been a roofer for years.
I'm shocked that RedHawk deemed this roof to be in good shape, with "no signs of hail damage, thermal cracking, etc", when that was obviously far from reality.

The document referenced in the review was not a five-year roof certification. It was a general visual photo report based on a brief assessment of the roof at that time and was not intended to certify the roof or guarantee its remaining life.

We have been working with Clay for what feels like a lifetime. After every storm, Clay was here! He was patient and helpful during the whole process. Finally the day came where we replaced our garage roofs and it was the fastest and easiest process. The crew was in and out all in one morning and it was like they were never here. Thanks Red Hawk!

Morgan, "after every storm, Clay was here" is about the best thing anyone could say about him, and it's true. He'd rather check a roof ten times and tell you it's fine than push work you don't need, so when the garage roofs finally did need replacing, you already knew you were getting a straight answer. Clay came out to inspect our roof. Extremely nice guy, very knowledgeable. Checked out the roof, that had been recently done by a different company, and gave us peace of mind. Didn't charge a dime. This is the type of companies we need. Thank you Clay.

July 2026. We appreciate what Owen did for us.He evaluated our roof because we have a small ceiling leak. He took pictures and explained where the leak was likely coming from and a number of other areas of obvious concerns - one was a quite large hole - which he generously fixed and sealed w/o charge.
