Went here and I guess they changed the entrance, you enter through the back! The guy was putting his hand towards his neck and was like acting crazy, instead of walking to me and telling me to go around! I’ve never experienced awful service! Lost a long time customer for young kids who don’t have customer service!

Woke up to 2 dead batteries in my truck, jumped one enough to get to Red Oak Auto, pulled in and they immediately came outside and took the truck to a bay. GREAT staff, very friendly, knowledgable and service is priced fairly! Highly recommend, we will be repeat customers!
I had been looking for a quality repair shop that I could trust with my Lexus—not just for an oil change, but a true one-stop shop for multiple types of automotive service and repair. I believe I’ve found exactly that with Red Oak Automotive Repair.
I first visited on September 27 for an oil change. While servicing my vehicle, they also completed an inspection and pointed out several things I was already aware of, which actually gave me even more confidence in their thoroughness. I knew my front brakes were due for service, so I returned on October 2 to have them completed.
The service team is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The shop is extremely clean, comfortable, and even provides snacks while you wait. Their prices are fair, and one thing I really appreciate is that they don’t seem focused on selling you services you don’t need. Instead, they explain what needs attention now and what you should simply keep an eye on for the future.
Mo also has a great sense of humor and makes the experience even better!
