Red Rocks Carpet Cleaning & Upholstery Care

True craftspeople with exceptional skill and service

Do not believe these reviews you read about this company. They were a total scam from overcharging their invoices to the technician saying he did not see a set of stairs. This is not a company you should use. Scam artist.

These guys are good! Trying to find a company to clean my carpets, I learned that The carpet cleaning industry is very Inconsistent . Price is all over the place, not sure what you’re getting, etc. these guys were great. They came over and inspected the carpets the price came right in the middle of everyone else’s quotes. Red Rocks Carpet Cleaning & Upholstery Care did an absolutely phenomenal job with the furniture at our sorority house! Keeping high-traffic, heavily used communal furniture clean is no small feat, but their team was extraordinarily detail-oriented from start to finish. They brought new life into pieces we thought were past their prime, leaving everything refreshed and looking ready for another school year. Hameed and Mr. Amado were professional, thorough, and highly efficient, I couldn't recommend them more!

Be VERY cautious booking this company. You book online and the prices are listed. So we were expecting this to be just under $200, from what the website said when we booked. They rolled up with a van and big box truck and once in the house up charged us to $584. Book at your own risk knowing that what they quote you online is not going to be an accurate reflection of actual cost.

The communication and service we received from Red Rocks for our office carpet and chair cleaning was exceptional! Our technician Hameed might just the hardest working man I've ever met! Highly recommended!

Red Rock Carpet Cleaning is hands down the best carpet cleaning service I have ever used! From the moment I scheduled my appointment, their team was professional, friendly, and incredibly responsive. They arrived on time, explained the process thoroughly, and went above and beyond to make sure every area was cleaned to perfection. Not only did they do an amazing job cleaning my carpets, but they also stretched the carpet in a couple of rooms, eliminating wrinkles and making everything look smooth and professionally installed again. They even cleaned an area rug, and the results were incredible. Everything looked fresh, spotless, and like new. I honestly didn't think my carpets and rug could look this good again. Years of wear, traffic, and everyday use completely disappeared. The attention to detail was outstanding, and the quality of their work exceeded all my expectations. If you're looking for a company that delivers exceptional service, outstanding results, and truly cares about customer satisfaction, I highly recommend Red Rock Carpet Cleaning. They have earned a customer for life, and I will definitely be using them again!

Very pleased with the service provided by Red Rocks Carpet and Hameed. Their initial consultation was extremely thorough, making sure that they flagged all the problem areas for an accurate estimate on the cleaning and carpet replacement. Hameed provided me with many options based on my budget and what made the most sense for places to clean vs replace. Both prices for replacement and cleaning were very reasonable and I was actually surprised at the low price of replacement. The day of the scheduled work they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the carpet and it looks spectacular. We ended up only replacing carpet, but with as thorough as they were I know their cleaning service would’ve been great too. We did run into a hiccup with scheduling and Hameed made sure we didn’t have any delays in our services. Very grateful for him bending over backwards for us to make sure we remained on time with getting our house ready to go on the market.
