Google reviewers rate Red Shovel Landscape 4.8 out of 5 based on 1807 reviews, noting the owner responds to 66% of comments. Customers frequently praise the crew for punctuality, thorough cleanup, and reasonable pricing for services like tree removal, weed control, and landscape maintenance. However, some low-star reviews criticize the company for charging a non-refundable consulting fee, failing to follow up on debris complaints, and requiring customers to purchase full service packages rather than individual tasks.

I've watched this landscaping company from across the street. They are above and beyond professional! I'm trying to book with them. Only hope I can afford it!

David M, Leo, and Joseph did a great job on my trees. The cost was better than I expected so that was great for me.
Appreciate the kind words! We’re pumped you’re happy with our work. Consider this a virtual high-five from all of us at Red Shovel!
David quoted reasonable prices for the cactus removal, tree cutting, and general lawn maintenance. He, Leo, and Jasper worked quickly, efficiently, and with no issues. Highly recommended. (Thanks, guys!)

Red Shovel did my neighbors yard and blew all kinds of yard debris into my yard/driveway. I called them that day and the woman was very nice and said they would call me and clean it up. They never called. They never came to clean it up.
Marshal, David, Leo, Joseph and Sab did such a remarkable job in both the front and backyard. I have a large property that after the rains had become full of weeds, trees and shrubs were overgrown and I was overwhelmed with even the thought of mowing with such a mess. They cleaned it up so beautiful, I will definitely use them again. Thank you for the detail that you put into it, I am very happy.

9 people, David M and his crew, did an outstanding job around my entire house (front yard, sides, and backyard) while I was away at work. They removed massive bushes from my backyard, looks like they were never there! They cleaned up huge overgrown bushes in my front yard. No weeds anywhere. They did everything I asked for and then some - they even cleaned up the front porch up to my front door! The work was expensive, over $7,000 in total, but for the amount of work and the quality it was worth it!

Haleem, Yimmi, Samuel, and Ed did a fantastic job on our yard this past week and we are delighted to recommend them to anyone in need of an autumn yard clean-up!
Thanks for trusting Red Shovel! Seeing a happy yard like yours is exactly why we do what we do.
I have used Red Shovel 3 times. Kevin and Yimmi have come and done an EXCEPTIONAL job each time. Hard workers, polite, and they make sure they leave my yard looking pristine. I will never use anyone but Red Shovel with Kevin and Yimmi!!!

Exceptional Job and Service! David M, Leo and Joseph did a yard clean up for us that included what turned out to be a very complicated tree removal. They were professional, friendly and our yard looks better than it has for years! We highly recommend Red Shovel and this team!
We're happy that you're happy, Margaret
We needed extensive weed pulling and landscape cleanup of our property in Placitas. To say there were a lot of tumbleweeds would be an understatement. The Red Shovel team of Marshall, Sebastian, and Seth did an amazing job! They really exceeded all of our expectations. Cannot recommend Red Shovel Landscape enough! Thank you Marshall, Sebastian, and Seth!
