Overall great company! Only issue was the dumpster was only rented for 4 days and ended up being on our driveway for about a week until they could pick it up. Customer service was great though and we weren’t charged any extra which was appreciated!!!

Using Redbox was pretty easy and affordable. There was a lot of text message communication so you knew when to expect the driver. Sadly, my driveway was scratched during the delivery, and while the driver was cool and I wasn’t too upset about it because my driveway isn’t great, there should have been a follow up about the delivery process so I could document that problem. I also didn’t love there was no drainage so I had to bail out some water after a night of rain. But even with paying for a weight overage, it was cheaper than hiring a haul away company.

I do not recommend this company under any circumstances. They add charges that were never discussed or authorized. We specifically requested that the dumpster be picked up on a certain day, but they didn’t remove it until four days later. This caused delays to our construction project because they essentially used our property as free storage until it was convenient for them to pick it up. On top of that, they charged us for allegedly exceeding the weight limit without providing any reliable proof. The only thing they send is a weight ticket, but there is nothing on that ticket proving it actually belongs to the dumpster that was picked up from our property. That ticket could have been from a completely different dumpster. They simply claim the weight was exceeded and use that as justification to add extra charges. There are other companies that charge less, provide better service, and don’t surprise customers with hidden fees. Save yourself the frustration and do not hire this company.
redbox+ dumpsters provided our dumpster as promised - on time and picked up as promised. It was really easy to schedule on line - and there was a personal follow up. It really helped with our clean up. Thank you!

Driver they try to really drop the container one way or another there is no rush, to drop in time and pick up same, I am in a very small Alley in Allentown and the truck was small and the container 15yards was 6 feet high about 8 feet wide and just was exactly what I need, I recommend this company very much
