Dalton did an outstanding job with my home inspection! He was extremely thorough and paid close attention to even the smallest details. The photos he took were excellent and really helped document everything clearly. I was especially impressed with his attention to detail and how carefully he inspected everything, including things that could have easily been overlooked.
He took the time to thoroughly walk me through the inspection process, explain his findings, and answer any questions I had. He was also incredibly efficient with his time without sacrificing the quality or thoroughness of his work. I was especially impressed that I received my completed inspection report within just 30 minutes!
It was clear that Dalton takes pride in his work and genuinely wants to provide the most complete and accurate inspection possible. His professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail made the entire experience easy and gave me confidence in the information I received. I would absolutely recommend Dalton to anyone needing a home inspection!
Chase did a wonderful job. He paid attention to every details and was able to find some problems like blocked drains and other things that would have cost me huge money to fix. Would definitely be using them again for house inspection.

I recently purchased a new home with a fireplace indoors and on the patio. Since the standard home inspection I received through my realtor did not include a detailed fireplace and chimney inspection, I wanted to get both of the fireplaces checked out before the fall to ensure they were safe.
I called Redbud and the gentleman that answered was extremely helpful and was able to get an inspection booked quickly. Aiden came out to do the inspection and I was very pleased with his thoroughness. He did a great job checking both fireplaces out and making sure the chimneys were working appropriately. He took detailed photos both of the interior of the chimneys as well as the exterior. He walked me through all his findings and made sure he answered any questions that I had, ensuring that I understood everything in his report.
I highly recommend Redbud Property Inspections to anyone looking for a home inspection!

Being new to the state you just sometimes have to trust a recommendation, and in this case I am so glad we did! Redbud got our inspection scheduled quickly, communicated clearly and followed through in a very timely manner. They found an issue with the roof leaking into the attic, and when we then asked if they could do a mold testing they made that happen on very short notice. I don't plan on moving again for along time but if I do I will call Redbud again.
