Alex arrived and the same as before, he arrived on time & i immediately asked if he could change the filter & change the ceiling light bulb, I'm a senior & can no longer get up ladders. Dylan took care of my ac/plumbing issues without a hitch. On time, friendly, knowledgeable and reliable. Brought everything up to code and had pictures of before and after. Reddi Services is my go to company whenever I have any issues, day or night, with all my properties!!
Chris Shuck was here today to inspect our new mini split, and also inspect and service our heat pump. He explained everything to us and offered advice for future consideration. He is absolutely one of the best technicians we've ever had here to represent the company. Thanks Chris.

On Saturday morning 06/06/20 I discovered my electric water heater was leaking - immediately called Reddi Services at about 9 AM.. Within 30 minutes received a return call advising a Technician was available - within 15-20 minutes he was here. Caesar arrived first to access the situation & determine what was needed. He called in the parts he would need and Bryan arrived shortly with the water heater & all necessary equipment for installation. Both Caesar and Bryan were extremely courteous, efficient, and professional during the entire process. No complaints about getting the water heater into my storage room at all.They completed this complicated installation (at least i would think it was) & gone by 12:30 PM. Both Caesar and Bryan are my HEROES and deserve as many points as possible for the service each of them provided. In fact both of them deserve the Florida Vacation! Bonnie Bariola

After he fixed it Pepe Muñoz showed me how to flush my hot water heater to eliminate knocking. He also showed me how high our water pressure is and what next steps are to reduce it. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He’s a great representative for Reddi Services.
