We had a drain clog and called RedHead Rooter. They were able to get me an appointment same day, which when you are down a toilet at home is awesome. Our tech Luke Stansell called to let me know his ETA. I appreciated that communication to help plan the rest of my night. When he came, he was professional, each time he came back in the house put on show covers, cleaned up when he was done and had a great attitude. I would definitely recommend RedHead Rooter and Luke!

Redhead Rooter came out to remove roots and debris from my drainage system in preparation for the anticipated storms from El Niño. Luke arrived on time and began working on my clogged pipes by hydro-jetting process, and later Shane arrived to assist. They worked hard to free the debris, taking several hours. My pipes were cleared enough to allow the water to flow through to the gutter on both sides of my property. The fact that I was charged a flat fee rather than hourly undoubtedly saved me money. They were courteous and easy to work with, not minding me watching and asking questions while they proceeded. I would recommend Redhead Rooter for anyone needing this service.
