They are a great company BUT wished they offered a maintenence plan to avoid their outrageous $99.00 trip charge. That's the only drawback to a 5 star rating! Come on get with the times! This would be an excellent benefit for a yearly check etc. Thank you!!

I had an old alarm system I never used malfunction and start going off in my house. It was no longer supportted by manufacturer so I called Redline. Tyler walked me threw ruring it off and saved me $100 service call and a hotel room until the problem was fixed.

RedLine is locally owned and operated (in Arizona) yet they provide the latest technology to access and use your security system. The service is very affordable and Red Line offers service of your security system throughout the year. I've found the staff members that work in AND out of the office to be friendly professional. Would we recommend RedLine to individuals AND businesses? Most DEFINITELY!!

Tyler and his co-worker had to completely re-do an old system in a 5000' sq.ft. home and update it to current standards. They did a fabulous job, working all day with no breaks to get it done! They always respond right away if they are any issues or questions. I never had to speak with answering service- Tyler always responded immediately during business hours.
