Redwood Exteriors did an outstanding, quality job of painting our house in October 2025! Victor, Julio and the team exhibited great communication, timely responses, thorough evaluations and estimates, skilled craftsmanship in repairs, expert paint application and a daily commitment to cleaning up our property before they left! Our house required numerous repairs of exposed wood in soffits, fascia, window trim and corner posts that expanded beyond the original estimate as the work progressed. Victor worked with us to minimize the additional costs while maintaining the use of high quality materials. It should be noted that they use high quality Sherwin Williams paint and quality structural materials (boards, siding, etc), their estimates include 2 coats of paint and they include a free consultation with a color specialist with every job. We highly recommend Redwood Exteriors for your external house painting needs and feel strongly that they would do a quality job with all your house related needs!
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful and detailed review! It was truly a pleasure working with you on your home. We greatly appreciate your recognition of our communication, craftsmanship, attention to detail, and commitment to quality throughout the project. We know unexpected repairs can arise once work begins, and we're glad we were able to work together to find the best solutions while maintaining the quality and durability your home deserves. Your trust in our team means a great deal to us. Thank you for highlighting our use of premium Sherwin-Williams products, quality materials, and our complimentary color consultation. We believe those details make a difference in delivering a finished product that our customers can enjoy for years to come. On behalf of Julio, myself, and the entire Redwood Exteriors team, thank you for your trust, your recommendation, and the opportunity to serve you. If you ever need anything in the future, we're just a phone call away!
I recently hired Redwood Exteriors here in Raleigh to do a deck extension with a roof and screens, and the whole experience was honestly fantastic. We decided to upgrade to Trex decking and railing, and the quality of the work is just top-notch. What really stood out to me was their incredible attention to detail. They were so precise and were constantly checking their own work as they went- if they saw a tiny imperfection, they’d fix it immediately without me ever having to point it out or say a word. It’s rare to find a crew that takes that much pride in the little things. Beyond their skill, the entire team was just a pleasure to have on-site. They were total professionals who clearly knew their trade inside and out, and their work ethic was honestly impressive. You can tell they really value their reputation because they were courteous, respectful, and maintained a high level of professionalism from start to finish. The guys were also super hard-working and reliable. They showed up exactly when they said they would every single day and made sure to clean up the entire mess before they headed home for the evening. Plus, there were no "hidden fees" or surprises at the end; the quote they gave me was fair and accurate. I’m so happy with how everything turned out and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get work done.

Our team takes great pride in delivering quality craftsmanship, paying attention to the smallest details, and treating every home as if it were our own. Knowing that those efforts stood out to you means a great deal to us. We're also grateful for your kind words about our professionalism, communication, reliability, and commitment to leaving the job site clean each day. We believe a great customer experience is just as important as the finished product, so it's rewarding to know we met your expectations. Thank you again for trusting Redwood Exteriors with your project and for recommending us to others. We hired Redwood to do substantial repairs to our deck, including replacing the stair stringers and surface, then stain the entire thing including the lattice underneath. They did a great job. They quickly gave us a highly detailed estimate, were proactive in their communication throughout the process, showed up exactly when they said they would, checked in with us at each step to answer our questions and make sure we were satisfied, finished the job quickly, and charged a fair price for the job. I would definitely hire them again.
