What a beautiful and relaxing place to go! I was blessed by a friend for a Relaxation Session. Jennifer was so kind and patient. She gave me a tour of the facility and explained the different services they offer, what they can do to help promote overall wellness, etc. In the actual Relaxation Session, she asked me questions to better understand the stresses I am going through and took before and after ratings so I could actually see and not just feel better. With my mental and physical conditions, I don't ever fully relax physically or mentally so I did not have high hopes. It was a really nice session and I really was able to just relax and focus on my breathing. I think its something I would recommend!

I’ve been coming to Brian since 2018. I went in for a stuck shoulder that had me in tears and he knew except what to do. Within 10 minutes I was no longer in pain and I left crying happy tears with how incredible I felt. He has also helped my son with his knee pain after going to the medical MD’s and top specialist all the way in Plano that sent us home only with a brace and did no restorative treatments. Brian not only knows how to help with serious pain and overall health but he is also educational along the way so you can apply the knowledge to your lifestyle.
