I had used Wolfgang Groomers but did not like the attitude and rudeness while charging similar prices. We will continue to use Reese’s for our dogs.

Hi Laurinda, thank you for your feedback. We always strive to communicate with the utmost kindness, empathy, and professionalism, so we are saddened to hear you felt our texts were rude. As a mobile grooming service, we have a strict safety policy where we do not accept new pets over 12 years of age. Because senior dogs can become highly delicate, routine grooming can be physically demanding and stressful for them. For their own well-being, we always recommend senior pups be groomed in a veterinary clinic where medical staff is on hand, or by an in-home groomer, as we previously communicated with you. We completely understand it is frustrating when a company cannot accommodate both of your dogs, but the health and safety of your 14-year-old pup must come first. We truly wish you and both of your pets the very best.
