Reflections Day Spa

I booked a massage for today at 11:30. I arrived at 11:15 out of respect for the massage therapist so I could be ready for my massage when it was time. The door was locked when I arrived and was finally let in by an older woman in scrubs that told me my massage therapist would be with me shortly. I sat down. And waited. And waited. And waited some more. I could hear a conversation in the back hallway but there was no one in the lobby with me. At 11:55 I walked around the corner where I was asked “are you here for a massage?” I replied yes that my massage was at 11:30 and I would now need to reschedule. I have never been so taken aback by a professionals response in my entire life. The massage therapist asked when I’d like to reschedule. I said I wasn’t sure as my week was pretty busy. This woman CLAPPED AT ME. “Well 👏🏼when you 👏🏼figure that out 👏🏼give me a call so you can be rebooked”. As if it is my fault that we have to reschedule, as if she is offended that I am asking to reschedule after waiting in the lobby from 11:15-12:00. I was not disrespectful, I was not loud. She went back to her conversation with a few other women in the hallway and I left. I will NOT be rescheduling. I will NOT be rebooking. I WILL be calling on Tuesday during business hours to speak to a manager and have the entire cost of my gift card refunded.

Terry did an amazing job on my hair! Even with old box dye left on my hair, she got me to the perfect blonde, exactly what I wanted. Terry also explained everything she used, and taught me how to style my hair in the end. She is an amazing stylist! You can see for yourself with the before and after!

I received a 1 hour facial for Christmas. Went in today and was seen by Beverly who was great, took her time with me, answered my questions & gave me suggestions which were appreciated. May god bless her hands to continue making people feel good and relaxed.

I wish I could give more stars, cause 5 does not seem to be enough.<br>Long story short, I got butchered by another stylist at a different salon, my hair was horrible, the color, the cut, everything was wrong and it looked awful. A co-worker recommended Becky from Reflections and gave me her number. Right away, her response time was very quick and she was able to get me in on short notice.<br>Becky saved my hair, she fixed the color and the cut and she did it in record time. She is fast, but thorough and incredibly friendly. I will only be going to her from now on. She is a hero of hair! Absolutely cannot thank her enough! Reflections Hair Salon for the Win!!!!

I have been to several salons in San Angelo, but I needed someone who would go beyond cutting my hair and help me get it back into a healthier condition. Terry took the time to give me a lot of great information to revive my dry, brittle, over processed hair. She cut it to perfection, which is saying a lot, since no one else has been able to give me a good cut that lays smooth. She conditioned my hair and cut most of the damage out without cutting my hair too short! I will definitely be going back and will follow the regime that she gave me to get my hair back into shape. I love the way my hair looks and feels now! Thank you, Terry!!! ❤️

Gail was amazing!! I was trying to get back to my natural red hair color and she almost nailed it!! Red is so hard to color and she did a great job and educated me on red follicles and what extra care is necessary. She took extra time comparing color samples to try and get me as close as she could. Go see Gail! She will do exactly what you want and if she needs to tweek it a little, she will without hesitation. You won’t be disappointed!!
