5 stars for Wendy and her team at Refresh Your Soul! I came to Wendy after exhausting all of my options with Kaiser and still not having a concrete diagnosis. I felt frustrated (who else is tired of hearing they have IBS?) and was looking for someone who would truly listen and take a deeper look at what was going on. Wendy was able to suggest specific tests that helped us get closer to the root causes of my health concerns, and I’m incredibly grateful for her guidance and support. I can’t say enough good things about this place and my experience. Finding the building was easy, parking is super simple. Katie was so sweet and kind. While I was signing paperwork she got me an electrolyte drink in a large mason jar. I thought this was a surprise and delighted moment. The personal touch made the experience that much more comforting and made it feel like customer service someone gets from family businesses. Everything in the room with the IR Sauna was so clean (as was everything else). They had everything I needed if I wanted to shower after including toiletries and a comb. The glasses provided to wear in the sauna are comfortable and easy to wear. Katie walked me through everything and gave easy to follow instructions. I also felt safe and comfortable knowing I had my own private space. I will definitely be back!

I have not felt the same since getting covid in January 2022. After getting covid, my bowels have not been regular, I developed high blood pressure and anemia along with feeling fatigued and trouble sleeping. I had my very first closed colon hydrotherapy appt with Wendy today and all I can say is….I feel so relieved! I feel like my body just got a reset! I purchased 6 sessions and will be seeing her once a week for the next 6 weeks and following her protocol and meal tips in her book. I’m committed to getting my microbiome and gut health optimal with Wendy’s help. There is such a difference coming here after doing open colon hydrotherapy somewhere else for the last 4 years. If you want a true colon hydrotherapy treatment, DON’T GO ANYWERE ELSE! Wendy has lots of credentials and I’m convinced can help get someone like me in the best shape ever.
