Highly recommend! Michael was amazing as he helped us find our home in Bartlett. He was kind and knowledgeable. He shared insights, yet gave us space to work through the information when we needed to. We always felt like we had all of his attention when he was with us and he was very quick to respond to our queries or get us a viewing asap. Hands down the best realtor we had the pleasure of working with!

Fantastic Job. Michael and the team at Reid Realtor made selling our home in Bartlett a breeze. They communicated clearly and often via texts and email, helped us prep the home before listing, gave advice based on their expertise, but also listened to our wants for the sale and worked with us. Professional, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable are all accurate adjectives for this company and for Michael. (Still) Highly recommend.

East Memphis home sold in down market quickly. We sold our home in East Memphis which we had purchased through Michael in 2023. He was very responsive and helpful with suggestions to improve the listing as well as responding to buyers questions and escrow negotiations.

Reid Realtors & Melvin Guy were amazing during our house shopping process! We told Melvin what we were looking for and he would widen or narrow the search, and houses would populate that had what we were looking for .
He was very patient with us, as first time home buyers. He explained everything throughly and was readily available whenever we had questions.
