Paid them $60,000.00 for a project two years ago. They took my money, waited two years and quit. Did no work and now do not want to return my money… please do not hire this company unless you want to get ripped off!!

Got are roof done in December. And its been leaking ever since. I have called and email for help getting it repaired and NO response so far. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. cause we still have a leaking roof and has had NO response

Please connect with our team right away so we can track down your project file, look into what happened, and coordinate a time to get this leak repaired.
We originally contacted this company to address an issue and were told the recommended repair would resolve it. Unfortunately, the issue continued.
More recently, I contacted them on 8/31 and had to follow up again on 9/4. Someone came out on 9/8 and said we would hear back the following week. After hearing nothing, I followed up once a week for the last two weeks and was told someone would reach out, but once again, no one did.
I completely understand that issues can take time to diagnose and resolve. What has been most frustrating is the lack of communication and follow-through. I called again yesterday and today and haven’t been able to get through to anyone, so at this point, we don’t know where things stand.
I’m hoping someone will reach out and provide us an update soon.
Update- thanks for replying to my review. I tried calling again today after reading this and once again no one answered. I’d love to talk to someone in the office but unfortunately no one will answer

Had a new roof put on our house in 2023. Paid top dollar for it (compared to about a dozen bids that I got), largely in part because of the ten year warranty. Fast forward 2 1/2 years, shingles on the roof of the patio were loose, leading to leakage and extensive dry wall damage to the drywall underneath the roof of the patio. The most frustrating part was that I reached out to ReImagine Roofing, finally (after getting my husband involved), was able to have Caden go out and look at the roof, which he said was fine. Fast forward, another vendor went out to resolve the drywall and HE found the displaced shingles ON THE ROOF THAT CADEN LOOKED AT AND SAID WAS FINE.
Would save yourself the hassle and go with a different company with better customer service.

I had my commercial roof completely redone by Reimagine Roofing a couple years ago and I currently have a couple spots that need attention. Been trying to get them to call back and schedule an inspection since October 2025. I call every week or so and they tell me someone will follow up with me but I never get a call back. Don't know what is going on with this company.
Update Aug 2026 - Someone did call after I wrote this orginal review and they inspected the roofs and found 2 small areas that need attention. One of the two areas were taken care of . Since then the person taking care of this quit working for the company allegedly due to not getting paid and now I'm back to where I was - calling these guys every week or two and GETTING NOTHING. What a professional bunch they are......

These people caused more damage than good. Didn't even adhere to code! Roof is trash and all the damages they've done will cost me over $20k to fix. When confronted they tuck tail and fled. Because of the way Reimagine Roofing is set up makes suing them near impossible. And as soon as you say anything negative or post pics of the work they do on Facebook, they delete and block. !!!AVOID THEM!!!
Update I've now spent over $80,000.⁰⁰ fixing the damage caused by this company.
