Had an emergency furnace replacement due to an annual inspection. Adam Keough found a crack in the heat exchanger assembly. Cruz Santiago and Kelly Denby did an awesome job installing all on the same day that my family had a vacation and had to be at the airport at 2pm.
Had all completed a few hours before we had to leave.

How do I score lower than 1? Can't trust these technicians. 1) 2 techs in 2 weeks had totally different opinions if a furnace needs to be replaced or not. 2) First tech comes for furnace cleaning service after signing up for their "membership" and another tech says it doesn't look like it's been cleaned. 3) Second tech comes for failed condensation pump and breaks a hose and tells me I should get the part online and how I should go about fixing it and then writes on the invoice I "declined" the job for him to repair what HE just broke. All he wanted me to do was finance a $9k furnace at a 17% interest rate like that makes sense. I call the office to talk about these concerns and ask how to go about fixing the hose attached to the water line for the humidity system. They say Ill get a call by the end of the day and never got a call. I understand people get busy but let's not over promise and under deliver when that's been the status quo already. Canceling membership as soon as I can actually talk with someone, never again. Take your business else unless you want to waste time and money!

Steve, the technician from Reimer came for an annual cleaning/safety check today on my furnace. He was prompt, professional and friendly. It sounds like a fairly simple job, but he worked hard fora good amount of time, covering all bases. After he finished, he explained the details of his findings on our system. I’ve probably never had a more thorough preventive maintenance. I’d Steve is indicative of all the people Reimer hired, then I’m glad i went with them.
