I called to get an estimate for 5 Mitsubishi mini splits 18,000 btu, I told them I just want the price over the phone and they said I have to do it in person when I am in the house. I called again to get someone else on the line and same thing happened, they say on the website and on the phone recording that they would do estimates over the phone, but that's a lie, false advertising. They are not transparent with prices. I called another company and Right away I was told the price and I am scheduled to install all 5 units.

Paul A. at the Reiner Group is one of the most caring and understanding humans I've ever encountered. My elderly mother, who lives alone, needed a new boiler quickly. Paul realized the urgency, and proceeded to make the entire process as fast, stress-free, and stream-lined as possible. The amount of compassion he has for older folks is incredible; he made my mother feel safe and secure in her purchase and explained everything slowly and carefully. I have the maintenance plan for a few years now, and the technicians have all been great. Had to have the furnace replaced. My initial contact and subsequent service techs were professional and careful in removing and then installing the furnace. Outstanding job, thank you!
