I feel compelled to respond to your review, as it contains significant inaccuracies that misrepresent our services and staff. It’s clear your claims do not reflect the experiences of our clients.
Our space is designed to be welcoming and supportive, and our team, including Maggie Schell, works tirelessly to build relationships within our community. Maggie is an exceptional counselor, known for her compassion, professionalism, and ability to help clients navigate their challenges. It’s deeply disappointing to see someone attempt to undermine the hard work of those dedicated to helping others.
This review feels like a personal attack, and we take such claims seriously, especially when they can harm our reputation and impact our staff. We have reported this review for its misleading nature and apparent intent to damage the character of our team.
We believe that hurt people often hurt others, especially in difficult circumstances, like a breakup or when a partner no longer wants to sustain the relationship, which is unfortunately sometimes an outcome from attending couples counseling. We genuinely hope you find the support and healing you need, and we will be praying for you on your journey toward restoration and peace.
From a faith-based perspective, it’s clear that efforts to destroy come from a darker place. We understand that the enemy's job is to kill, steal, and destroy, and it’s heartbreaking to witness such an attack on our team, which serves with integrity and compassion.
