Google users rate this courier service 4.9 out of 5 based on 64 reviews, with the owner responding to 47 percent of them. Customers frequently cite fast response times, same-day delivery, and clear communication regarding pickup and drop-off details. However, two low-star reviews criticize the business for having an unresponsive phone line and listing an incorrect physical address.

Fast and efficient service. I called requested service, and within 30 min they had a driver at location for pickup, and to my job site in great time. Huge thanks to these guys!

Great customer service! Irene was super helpful and professional to work with. A UPS store in Wisconsin I failed to include his Matt paperwork with a big lithium ion battery. I was shipping to Tacoma Washington to be put on a barge. In turn, my freight got stuck at the UPS terminal for probably two months. After much frustrating go around with UPS, and no way to get my freight picked up and driven 4 miles or so across town to the bar service, Reliable Courier ended up being able to drive over and pick it up same day. Plus, these guys were very patient and waited with me in the queue as I worked things out with UPS. I these guys definitely came through and saved the day for me! Great service!
Thanks Aubrey for your business and review. I'm glad that Irene and our team could deliver your lithium ion batter from the UPS terminal to it's destination quickly. I'll make sure Irene's manager knows about your experience. If you ever need help with any deliveries again we are always available and only a phone call or click away.

I just used Reliable Couriers to deliver a document that was critically needed by my client. There was no other way to get her the document, and time was of the essence. Reliable Couriers worked with me, even though the location was on a university campus, so providing a physical address was a bit more tricky. I would whole-heartedly recommend them if you find you need a courier. They were efficient, quick, and as their name suggests, reliable!

Reliable Couriers, Justin, and the supporting staff were wonderful. I was in a panic. I needed a rush job done in a day's time. Reliable Couriers immediately went and picked up my delivery and took it to the office that needed it. I was provided pictures of the pick up and delivery. If I need a courier in Seattle in the future, Reliable Couriers will be my go to.
