Great customer service! Irene was super helpful and professional to work with. A UPS store in Wisconsin I failed to include his Matt paperwork with a big lithium ion battery. I was shipping to Tacoma Washington to be put on a barge. In turn, my freight got stuck at the UPS terminal for probably two months. After…

I just used Reliable Couriers to deliver a document that was critically needed by my client. There was no other way to get her the document, and time was of the essence. Reliable Couriers worked with me, even though the location was on a university campus, so providing a physical address was a bit more tricky. I…

After much frustrating go around with UPS, and no way to get my freight picked up and driven 4 miles or so across town to the bar service, Reliable Courier ended up being able to drive over and pick it up same day. Plus, these guys were very patient and waited with me in the queue as I worked things out with UPS. I these guys definitely came through and saved the day for me! Great service!
