Found him by accident. To make a long story short, my washing machine in my apartment has somehow kicked the bucket and was supposedly sending a repair person from another company with an oddly similar name who was supposed to call me when they were on the way so I could be there. Nobody called me to tell me and then I found his number called him and explained the situation to him and he said that it definitely wasn’t him but the other company that has the close name to his. He tried his best to help me over the phone on what to do, but to no avail. He easily could have just told me no it wasn’t him and left me high and dry, he didn’t. So because of how he showed me the most respect and tried to help me over the phone is the reason why he’s getting a 5 star review. I would trust this guy with any appliance repair just because of his kindness and honesty with me

Brendan and I talked on the phone and worked out the problem with our dryer saving me a service call .. he is very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk with .. he will definitely be my first call for anything in the future ..
He was very helpful he talked me through my fridge . If I lived closer I would have him work on my stuff
Great service, reasonable price, he really knew about the appliances
Brendan knew everything about my Maytag Washer and diagnosed the problem right away! I highly recommend Reliable Home Appliance Repair!
Very reliable! Super nice guy! Was able to fix my fridge and saved me from buying a new one. Would definitely recommend!!!
Brendan helped me diagnose my washing machine over the phone and was honest enough to let me know I was better off replacing my washing machine, due to cost of repairs. He stayed on the phone with me for nearly an hour to sort my machine out! Will definitely be calling him for any future repairs!
I actually didn't hire Mr.Rooney (yet!!) but his help and expert opinion on a DIY rescue for my dryer was beyond helpful. He was able to confirm my problem with my dryer, help me locate the parts to purchase, and even told me the steps on how to complete the job. I lost my dad just December last year and he was always my go to on things like this and I'm so glad I found Mr. Rooney to help me. Best believe he will be getting my business. I also have an LG fridge with a compressor issue that he said he can do. He was able to tell me about how much he would charge and I find it very reasonable.
