Was introduced to this company at the Home Show. I was looking to have my AC/Heat Pump units inspected and cleaned. When they finished, I was shown pictures of the units and they explained their findings. There was a problem with one of the units, and they had already determined it was under warranty. They will be ordering parts and scheduling service when they arrive. Both Raul and Cameron were courteous and professional. While they explained all of the services they offered, there was no high pressure sales crap you get. They answered all of my questions and left the place as clean as when they arrived. Would certainly recommend.

I have dealt with Reliance for many years. Azelle is often the individual doing the work. He is prompt and works in a professional manner. Many times he has given me the opportunity to view personally any existing mechanical issues. This is something I appreciate about Reliance. They also explain everything in a manner I can understand.

I’ve been a long-time customer for over 15 years. I always get good service from Reliance. They installed my Nest thermostat and also found and fixed a clogged drain. Their maintenance plan is a good value because you get discounts on all the work. They have good communication and always arrive on time. Today they called me and offered to come earlier, which was even better.
