I have been using Remote Over for at least five years. They are exceptional. Great attitude, never let me down, quick to respond, and they are always extremely helpful. I wish the company I work for used them. This is by far the best tech solution I've ever worked with, and I have worked for huge companies. I can't say enough about how responsive and solution oriented they are in every way. The best.
The team at Remoteover is by far the best IT support group I have ever worked with. Everyone there makes me feel confident and happy to hear from me when I call them for support. I have been using them for nearly 3 years now and I refer all my clients to them if I know they need quality IT support. I am a small business owner and this is like my own private IT Department!

My mom had a computer that was probably at least 10 years old and slow as molasses. Because of its age we ran into some problems transferring all the data to the new computer. This was not a problem for Hugo. He found a solution, got everything changed over, and took care of the old computer with a certificate of destruction. His customer service is legendary with not only competence but also promptness. We will use his services again, and we highly recommend Hugo for all your IT services.
