Customers frequently praise the staff for being friendly, professional, and quick, noting that treatments are often completed within thirty minutes. Reviewers appreciate clear communication regarding realistic expectations, costs, and the safety protocols behind the two-month spacing between sessions. While many report visible fading and a comfortable environment, lower-rated reviews highlight recurring issues with scheduling flexibility, missed appointments, and unresponsive phone lines. Some clients also expressed dissatisfaction with high pricing for small tattoos and inconsistent service quality across different locations.

Absolutely have loved my experience with Removery! Highly highly recommend if you’re considering tattoo removal!
Had a great first appointment at Removery :)
Hi, Violet. Your feedback is highly appreciated. Thank you so much for the review!
Went in for a botched tattoo that had bled and had too much ink. They explained my options really well and were very honest about how many appointments it might take. We ended up on a plan that would clean up the bleeding and extra ink but likely keep the parts of the tattoo I wanted to keep. They were very clear that I might need a touch up after instead of lying and saying it would be perfect. Really did not feel like they tried to get more money out of me. Very trustworthy staff, clean setup, kind people, great experience.
Hi, Rochelle. We appreciate the rating, and are glad we could provide you with a positive experience!
I had a really good experience at Removery Pasadena! Wei was great and worked quickly, which made the treatment much easier and less painful for me. Corey was also super friendly and helpful. Both of them were very nice, patient, and always willing to help. The machine seems to work really well too! I’ve only had one treatment so far, and I can already see my tattoo starting to fade. Really happy with my experience!
Hi, Adriana. We must have done something right to get such a good rating from you. We really appreciate you taking the time!
Two months ago, my appointment was canceled because their technician retired, but they didn't help me reschedule. Today was my first appointment at this location, and the nurse didn't introduce herself to me, and was curt. She also didn't laser the correct parts of my tattoos (some parts were missed while other parts were lasered when there wasn't ink there to begin with). It seems like she didn’t look back at my old photos to reference where the actual tattoo was. A little bit disappointed honestly.

Hi, D. Thank you so much for rating your experience with us so highly!
1000/10 experience. I took a very long time deciding where I was going to go to get my tattoos removed and Removery was the #1 suggestion I received from others. They are the most knowledgeable and leading tattoo removal spot for a reason.
Hi, Cat. Your feedback is highly appreciated. Thank you so much for the review!
I have been wanting to get my old microbladed eyebrows removed for years. I had them done in 2021 and I hated them. They never faded. They looked horrible and were aging me. My husband has been coming here for some tattoo removal. He’s had great results (and his tattoos are crazy deep). I finally pulled the trigger today and I’m so happy I did. I should have done this years ago. Their location is great. Easy parking. Check in was easy. We had a consultation where everything was explained to me. Price was fair. The technician doing my removal was pleasant and quick. It really didn’t hurt as much as I was anticipating it to. I was given post care information and ointment once we were done. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone wanting to finally get rid of their old microbladed eyebrows.
