This place was recommended to me via a Facebook post. These guys are great! I’m new to NC so I wasn’t sure where to turn for help. My Jeep had some issues and after getting a crazy quote from a Jeep dealer, I went here for a second opinion. From the first phone call to picking up the Jeep when it was done, I was super impressed. Dropped the car off around 9:30am and by 3:30, I was on my way with a fixed Jeep! No stress at all. I will for sure making this my go-to shop!

So helpful for a variety of issues my family’s vehicles have faced. I would HIGHLY recommend this place if you’re a single woman/female presenting and concerned about going to a mechanic by yourself. This place was the safest feeling auto shop I’ve ever been at by myself. The employees were kind, helpful, and answered all of my questions, even with super last minute appointments.

Jay and his team always put the client first. My family and I trust Jay and his team with all of our vehicles. Jay goes out of his way to try and save his client's money on repairs. He really works with you and is transparent. I really appreciate that.

Had a flat tire today and stopped in to have them help. They were so incredibly kind and helpful. They were not able to patch the tire because the issue was too close to the sidewall so they put my spare tire on and gave me advice about where was best to get a new tire. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and happy to help. Thank you guys!!

This is our go to place for car repairs. Jake is awesome. He explains everything in great detail and clearly works to give you a good deal. He is honest about what he can do and can’t do. Transparent pricing and gives details about cost of labor, parts, and what to expect. Very busy and hard to get an appointment, which makes sense because it’s such a good place to go. Call well ahead of time to make an appointment for routine repairs.
