I started going to Renew PT because I wanted a smaller yet well-appointed gym, and they fit the bill perfectly. An added bonus was an excellent personal trainer who got me focused on specific exercises to improve my overall strength areas I’d neglected for a while. Eventually, though, I needed some physical therapy for a nagging knee injury, and having observed the PT side of the house, there was no question I wanted them to help me get me back to full strength. Their therapists are hands down the best I’ve encountered. By a long shot. They’re highly competent and very attentive. They don’t go through the motions. They’re hands on, and to a person, wonderful to work with. The entire staff is personable, welcoming, and a pleasure to be around.
I can’t recommend Renew PT highly enough. Just exceptional in every facet.

One of the things we loved most was that after spending time in the gym and watching our therapists work, when you found yourself needing PT, there was “no question” where you wanted to go. That says a LOT to us.
Thank you for recognizing the kind of care our therapists put into what they do. “They don’t go through the motions” might be one of our favorite compliments yet, because that’s exactly who we strive to be. We want people to know they’re getting our full attention and that we genuinely care about getting them better.

Renew Physical Therapy was recommended by my orthopedic doctor. It has been a really positive experience with their entire team. Friendly, very knowledgeable, super helpful with questions and I am very impressed with the range of equipment they have. Overall a very pleasant place to get therapy and learn the required exercises, my recovery was very smooth. Highly recommended.

My father needed PT after an injury, so I got busy searching the internet for the best place in town. I was relieved to see several hopeful options in the Mobile area, however, Renew had my attention! The amount of wonderful reviews spoke volumes but I especially loved the company’s mission and values (which they most certainly live up to).

Walking in for the first appointment, we were delighted by a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Things got even better the instant we met dad’s PT/DPT, the amazing Seth Foshee! WOW! His knowledge, professionalism, diligence and upbeat attitude made it clear we were at the right place AND dad was in safe hands. 🙏
We looked forward to every one of dad’s sethsions ;) and his plan of care was a success! We’re actually hoping to set up more sessions in the future to keep up the progress.

The fact that you did your homework, read our reviews AND our mission and values before choosing us—and then felt like we actually lived up to them—is probably one of the greatest compliments you could give us. We’ve worked really hard to create a place where people feel cared for as people, not just patients, so that part really hit home.
And the “Sethsions” 😂😂😂 We may never be able to call them anything else! Seth is pretty fantastic, and watching the relationship the three of you developed while also seeing your dad make such great progress was really special.

Approximately 3 months ago I started physical therapy at Renew. I had issues with 2 discs in lower back, spinal stenosis in neck & left shoulder that was replaced that needed its strength rebuilt. I was having pain in my neck & shoulder from the spinal stenosis, pain in my lower back & needed to loose 50 pounds. I could not sleep & was considering neck surgery.
I went to physical 2 times a week for 10 weeks. I am now 99% pain free, sleeping great, shoulder is much stronger & have lost 52 pounds.
I originally selected Renew PT & Wellness because it was close to my house & they also offered personal training. I would select Renew PT & Wellness today because of the excellent work they do. From the time I first walked in the door I felt welcomed to be there & an inportant client. Every person working there knew my name & was very friendly. I no longer take crestor, high blood pressure medicine, anti inflammatory pills, pain pills or turmeric.
I feel great.

I have been to several places for physical therapy. But, I have discovered that Renew therapy Center is the best. The atmosphere there is like family and they make you feel like a part of the family. The positive attitudes of the therapist are contagious. I highly recommend it to everyone!
