I have been seeing Jessie at Renew now for 10 years. She is great about listening to your needs and what you are trying to achieve. From the ladies at checkin/checkout to the appointment time, it all goes very smoothly and on time. I would highly recommend Renew You.

Always a wonderful experience at Renew You. The front desk personnel is always friendly and helpful. My aesthetician, Jamie is so knowledgeable and encouraging when it comes to creating a skin care plan and procedure recommendations that work for me and my maturing skin and my budget. Becoming a VIP member is helping with the budget part of it and was the best gift I could give myself! Thank you Renew You and Jamie!

I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of communication regarding the VIP membership here. When signing up, the terms, perks, and billing structures were completely glossed over, leading to unexpected issues later on. Every time I try to get a clear answer or resolve my questions, I am met with poor communication and a lack of transparency. For a medical spa that handles premium services, their customer care and membership support are highly unprofessional. Would not recommend committing to any of their long-term plans. I have had repeated problems with them pulling the money for the membership out of my account. They keep saying they're having troubles updating their system and card reader. It is unfortunate that such great RN work for such a disorganized company. I will miss seeing them.
