Paul Crocket came to measure the windows and review the contract the day after I ordered my new windows. Paul was so kind and thorough. He listened to all
my questions and answered them to my satisfaction. We put notations on the contract to address my preferences. He called his supervisor to notify him of the addendums. He did all this without any pressure on me or making me feel uncomfortable for asking for the clarifications in writing.
Paul was completely professional,
competent, and reassuring. Such a “class act “. Just what I expected from Anderson Windows. I am so glad I chose Anderson.

I'm leaving a five star review for the second team of Lan, Omar and Jesus that fixed the numerous issues from the crew of Anthony, Mike and Dennis such as front door dragging and damaged drywall at the top of the door, no spray foam around the doors and windows and storm doors were fastened to the door frame. Trim around doors was replaced because instead of using putty they used silicone. Windows on the outside wasn't sealed properly and would have leaked. I have other seven windows and a sliding door that will be replaced but I don't know if i would use andersen unless it was the second crew. I'm very disappointed that a scheduled 3 day job took them 4 days and such shoddy work. Very bad look that andersen has them as "professionals" and cost so much.
