The door to door sales people employed by this company literally harass you. I was out of view, quite busy, and in no mood to answer the door so I ignored them ringing and knocking initially. A minute later they do it again - I continued to ignore it. Then they begin simply pounding on my door and not stopping. This company is a menace - and if the company reads this, Jaja Soriano and Mike are your two *star* sales folk.

Josh Cabrera's crew were top notch 👌 professional and detail oriented. Took pride in their work and it showed. I'm very satisfied!

$76,600 Window Quote — Excessive Pricing, Disappointing Customer Service, and Relentless Junk Mail In February 2025, we invited Renewal by Andersen to our home to obtain an estimate for replacement windows and a French door. Their proposal came back at an astonishing $76,600 for 15 windows and one French door. We subsequently obtained estimates from other reputable window companies in Orange County and ultimately selected another installer. Our chosen project included 12 windows and one French door for $16,668, including removal, installation, interior trim, and exterior stucco work. While the quantities, product specifications, and project scopes were not identical, the pricing difference was substantial. I followed up with Renewal by Andersen and specifically asked them to explain the significant cost disparity, including differences in materials, product quality, installation methods, and overall value. Their representative acknowledged my questions and indicated he would respond, but I did not receive a substantive explanation in the correspondence I've reviewed. I have no objection to paying more for superior products or services, but a premium of this magnitude should come with a clear explanation of the additional value being provided. As a prospective customer asking reasonable questions about a significant investment, I expected better follow-through and customer service. Adding to my frustration is the continued stream of unsolicited advertising mailers from Renewal by Andersen. We have already evaluated your products, received your proposal, and chosen another company. We have no interest in doing business with Renewal by Andersen at this time. I am formally requesting that Renewal by Andersen remove our household from its direct-mail marketing and solicitation lists and discontinue sending us promotional materials. I strongly encourage other Orange County homeowners to obtain multiple estimates, compare actual product specifications and installation costs, and carefully evaluate the overall value before signing a contract. The representatives were professional during our initial consultation, which I appreciated. However, the excessive pricing, disappointing customer service when I requested an explanation, and continued unwanted junk mail have left us dissatisfied with the overall experience. Two stars for the professionalism during the initial consultation. Unfortunately, the pricing, customer service, and relentless junk mail ultimately overshadowed that positive first impression.

David and Jacob were on time, very professional and did an awesome job installing my doors. I love them. Thank you both for a great job. They even got along with my dogs.

Renewal by Andersen installed 2 new patio doors and screens on September 16th. The crew of four were highly professional and knowledgeable. They completed the installation in one day. The attention to detail, the dust barriers placed to prevent dust entering the home and the final clean-up was amazing. I would highly recommend them for patio door installation. Donald Koch
