Val is great! She wasn't just in it for the sale. She helped us make the wisest financial decision for us and worked hard to get us the.best price for what we needed. She made sure to check with us that we were comfortable with what our payments would be and went over everything very thoroughly. We got windows 2 years ago with her and we love them, so we decided to get more. The windows we got are sturdy and keep us from losing heat in the winter, and keep the room cooler in summer. She took extra time to show us how to open the windows we got before with Renewal by Andersen, so.that we can clean them as we had forgotten how to slide them open. How cool is that that you can pop the windows out to clean them without actually taking out the whole window?! She was friendly with us and made us feel at ease. We feel so lucky to have her as our representative for Renewal of Andersen. They are so fortunate to have her!
Thank you so much, Mary! We’re thrilled to hear Val provided such a thoughtful, thorough experience and helped you feel comfortable with your decision. It’s wonderful to know you’re enjoying the energy efficiency of your windows and their convenient cleaning features, and we truly appreciate your continued trust in Renewal by Andersen!
The sales rep was informative and was knowledgeable of the construction and installation of the windows. The installation crew arrived in the morning, installed the 5 windows and cleaned the work area all in one day. I can't say enough about the installation crew, they certainly knew what they were doing and were friendly to boot. The entire process was A One! I'm enjoying the look of the windows and I recommend Renewal by Andersen.
