This was my first time using this company to rent my house. They email me with the problems with the home and I’ll call because I can’t always return emails. The maintenance managers phone always goes to voice mail and it says we will return your call. Haven’t had one call returned.
The gentleman they sent to inspect the house said they the house looked brand new and there shouldn’t be any issues. Well we had issues. Made numerous attempts to help correct the issues. But it seems that all the do is not respond to my voice mails and not respond to the tenants. No one in this company listens and they do as they wish they don’t back the landlords and they don’t help the tenants. Sad world we live in
Sierra Miller helped us get into a rental quickly after a family tragedy. We really appreciate her efforts.

This is my first time renting but Sierra has been the nicest realtor. Although I did not qualify for any of the homes she had right now she took out the time to educate me on becoming a renter. I am now more confident than ever on this journey to find my first home. Hopefully she will have something for me soon because I rather work with her than anyone else.
