Customers frequently cite prompt scheduling, clear communication, and fair pricing for services including leak repairs, fixture replacements, and water heater installations. Positive reviews highlight same-day availability and professional explanations of necessary work. However, a recurring criticism in lower-rated feedback involves high cost estimates that customers found excessive compared to competitors, along with isolated instances of incomplete or defective repairs requiring correction by other plumbers.

My compliments to Bob at Rescue Plumbing for promptly fixing a broken kitchen faucet in my apartment. The handle broke, plus the faucet had a persistent drip and needed to be replaced. Bob got a gorgeous brand new faucet which works splendidly, and did so promptly and with no trouble.
Hi there, Mitchell! 🌟 We’re delighted that Bob could assist with your kitchen faucet and get it all sorted out quickly. Your kind words about his prompt service and the fabulous new faucet are greatly valued. Thanks a million for sharing your experience with us!
I could not be more pleased over my experience with this company. I called several plumbing companies about a leaking toilet problem. After speaking with many of them and reading reviews, I went with Rescue. Right choice. They were really very responsive and helpful from my initial call for an estimate. They immediately agreed to send a certified and licensed plumber to give my an on-site estimate. Unlike other plumbing companies, they were willing to give me tentative alternative estimates for alternative repair scenarios with honest and realistic qualifications. The estimates were significantly less that I had anticipated from what I was led to believe from other companies. Best of all, they send Bob Bobani to do the estimate. He was great -- very experienced, honest, helpful and friendly. I chose them to do the job, on the condition that Bob was the one to the job. The company scheduled a home visit within my date and time preferences. Bob and his colleague (Ulysses) came today to do the job. When the toilet was lifted, the problem was exactly as Bob predicted. He was prepared to do the more complex job. He explained my options clearly and honestly. I then approved the work, which he completed efficiently and neatly. He honored his estimate, which I felt was reasonable. Again, he was a kind, honest and friendly. In sum, I highly recommend this company highly. In particular, I suggest asking for Bob Bobani to do the work. He was great, and I expect that you will think so too.

Bob and his trainee were fantastic. They did a same day repair for me in a high rise (which is unheard of). Excellent communication with my building staff to make this happen. I had no water to my kitchen in a studio, so the issue was quite urgent. I felt the price was very fair and they were nice to me. It was intimidating as a single woman homeowner having to address a plumbing issue for the first time, but they made it a smooth process. After getting really exorbitant quote from John’s Plumbing, I was glad to find these guys. I would highly recommend them!
Hi Illiana! We're delighted to know that Bob and his trainee made your plumbing experience enjoyable and stress-free. We're so glad our team could step in quickly for such an urgent matter and that you found our pricing fair. It's always our goal to make sure every customer feels comfortable. Thank you so much for your recommendation!
Dex from Rescue Plumbing has quite literally saved my condo and my sanity - he is the absolute best!!! When I had a water leak start Friday night I couldn’t have imagined the extensive plumbing work that would ensue or the surprise gas issues he discovered. Through every chaotic surprise, Dex has explained what needs to be done, why it needs to be done, and given an upfront estimate. He’s been incredibly helpful with navigating homeowners insurance and what needs to be submitted and has been an absolute delight to work with during an incredibly stressful time. I would absolutely recommend Dex for a trusted, quality plumber who makes you feel confident in the work being done
