We had Vince come and do the 4-point inspection on the home we were looking to buy. He was so professional and thorough it was really reassuring to know we have the best and fullest report on our house-to-be. We didn't need a wind mitigation inspection as that was covered by the HOA, but I am certain it would have been done as well as the 4-point.
He is such a friendly guy too, it was great to meet him and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services to you.

Vince recently completed an inspection for us in Edgewater. Was super thorough during the inspection and also put in a good amount of prep work prior to the inspection day, requesting copies all the previous permits that were pulled on the house. Report was detailed and the inspection also comes with a few warranties.
