Highly recommend. We are purchasing an older home and expected older home issues. Overall a very good experience and did not feel like this was an exercise to check a box in the purchasing process Our inspector was professional, very thorough and the report was very detailed with lots of pictures and explanations. For anyone who has an older home it would be worth the money to have them go through your house so you can make plans to keep it in the best shape possible and avoid major expenses later on.
