Reviewers highlight 24/7 access, reasonable pricing with flexible payment options, and a clean facility equipped with various machines. Services include personal training, massage therapy, nutrition guidance, and self-defense classes, often praised for the owner's direct involvement and the supportive community atmosphere. However, low-star reviews cite unfulfilled promises regarding custom plans and negative experiences with massage therapy or chiropractic referrals, alongside complaints about the owner's intrusive personal behavior during workouts.

By far the best local gym in town. Having an owner who not only runs the business but actively invests in the members, be it community-driven events, helpful/advice on form, or someone just checking in on how the training is going. Not only is Holly a wonderful person, she's a fantastic no-BS trainer and quality massage therapist. I'm not the type of person to just throw names out there when people are looking for referrals. I asked Holly to help me lose weight. She never did come through on that. Made promises but never kept. She was my massage therapist but hurt more after her massages. Suggested a chiropractor who messed up my neck badly. I think she had ulterior motives. I went to another massage therapist and I felt so much better.

As a beginner in the gym scene I have learned and grown so much with Holly at her gym and the amazing community she has cultivated. She continues to add value to the gym offerings. By far the best local gym in town. Having an owner who not only runs the business but actively invests in the members, be it community-driven events, helpful/advice on form, or someone just checking in on how the training is going. I've been coming to RT for going on 3+ years and have nothing but great things to say. I've also gone to Holly for massage therapy and found it so helpful that I got my significant other and mom sessions for Mother's Day. The community here is what you make of it. If you want people to interact with and train, they are there. If you just want to come in and get your training or session in and bounce, there is always open equipment/machines to do so. Highly encourage anyone curious to just try a day pass and see for yourself. Thanks for all you do Holly!

Not only is Holly a wonderful person, she's a fantastic no-BS trainer and quality massage therapist. I'm not the type of person to just throw names out there when people are looking for referrals. Holly is exceptional at training real people to accomplish real results, and she's always learning new things to improve herself and what she provides. I've referred a dozen people to her for training (including my own parents) and even more for massage therapy. Her desire to give the client real functional results through massage, stretching, and other techniques are far better than any other massage therapist I've ever used. Highly recommend!

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. For clarity our interactions were strictly to massage therapy. We never conducted a personal training consultation or session. I may have mentioned that I offer personal training and nutrition coaching services, but no program or service was ever started or promised. I provide education, tools and support for those services- it’s always up to the individual to apply them. Regarding the chiropractor referral, I did share the name of a chiropractor I had personally seen. However, what happens in another licensed professional’s care is entirely out of my scope and responsibility. It’s been over three years since our last appointment, & I’m sorry you have left with this impression. Thank you for your feedback. I want to acknowledge that you were a long time massage clime of 5+ years and I always aimed to serve you with care, professionalism and respect. Lastly, this was never personal- I did like you, and I always want the best for my clients. I’m truly sorry to hear you left with these feelings and wish you continued wellness on your journey

Hi Heather, I’m sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience. At Resilience Training, I take all client concerns seriously and strive to provide ethical, professional care. I’d like to clarify that you were seen for massage therapy services only, and no guarantees or promises regarding weight loss were made. While I did suggest exploring chiropractic care as an option, I did not refer you to any specific provider. I was unaware that any treatment left you feeling worse, and I wish you had communicated that so we could have adjusted accordingly or found a better path forward together. I’m glad to hear you’ve since found care that works for you, and I wish you continued wellness.

As a beginner in the gym scene I have learned and grown so much with Holly at her gym and the amazing community she has cultivated. She continues to add value to the gym offerings. The Clinics she hosts have helped me gain so much knowledge towards improving my big 3 - Deadlift, Bench & Squat 💪🏻 Although the gym is small it is packed with a multitude of machines and accessories to help me reach my strength training goals. With her guidance I even competed in my very first Powerlifting Event 🤩 I simply can't say enough wonderful things about Resilience Training.

I love this gym! I have never enjoyed exercising in my ENTIRE life, but Holly has converted me! When I met her, I told Holly that I HATE the gym. Imagine my surprise that I now look so forward to my training sessions each week that I WILL NOT MISS! Holly is the real deal. She pushes me to be stronger both physically and mentally. The other gym members are encouraging and inspiring. I have never felt that I am being judged for my naïveté. Most importantly, I am growing stronger and healthier. If you are looking to join a gym, consider this hidden gem!
