Blake is fantastic and give me confidence that the house is okay. We had 5 other foundation companies come out due to some sheetrock cracking and trouble with windows/doors not opening. All of the 5 companies had a completely different scope of work and the prices varied from $6,000 to $50,000. We were so confused and completely stressed out. Blake did a throrough inspection and took measurements of the entire home. He basically said, we didn't need any work done other than some dirt work and if we were to do the piering as the foundation companies suggested, that it could compromise the structure of the home and make it worse. He was not rushed and took alot of time to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend!!

Blake with Resolve Engineering was fantastic to work with!! He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. What started as a really stressful situation felt so much more manageable after talking with him. He made sure we understood everything and answered all of our questions. Blake was exactly who we needed to check out our home foundation. Having worked with professional civil engineers, it's evident to me he is the real deal. Impartial, practical, and inexpensive given the expertise you're buying. Thankfully our foundation has a clean bill of health but if they're are any issues in the future, he'll be the first person we call.

I highly recommend Resolve Engineering. I received a timely response when I called and was easily able to make an appointment. Blake was professional, courteous and did an excellent job of answering all of my questions. The pricing was competitive and transparent. I decided to purchase a letter detailing the findings and it was thorough and easy to understand. Blake took a stressful situation and put me at ease.

Our family absolutely recommends Blake with Resolve Engineering to anyone reading this review. We were told by a foundation repair company that we needed 23 piers totaling $50k to prevent our foundation from further settlement and to help address some existing cracks. That quote didn't sit right with me and I wanted to get a second opinion from an actual structural engineer. Blake was able to book our inspection quickly, he was on time, professional, and his expertise saved our family from spending a crazy amount of money on piering that turned out, isn't even needed. We are forever grateful! Do yourself a favor and call Blake first. Thank you Blake!
